What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help the site work properly and tell the owner how it's being used.
How we use them
Our website is built on Squarespace, which sets some cookies that are needed for the site to work. We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site. We don't use advertising cookies.
When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Strictly necessary cookies can't be switched off because the site won't work without them.
The cookies we use
| Type | What they do | Set by |
|---|---|---|
| Strictly necessary | Keep the site secure, remember your cookie choice, and make forms work. | Squarespace |
| Analytics | Tell us which pages are visited and how people find us, using data that doesn't identify you by name. Only set if you accept. | Squarespace Analytics |
| Analytics | Google Analytics cookies (such as _ga and _ga_*) count visits and show how people move around the site. They are kept for up to 2 years and are only set if you accept. | |
| Embedded content | If a page includes video or social media content (for example YouTube or Instagram), those platforms may set their own cookies when you play or view it. | Third-party platforms |
For the full, current list of cookies Squarespace sets, see Squarespace's cookie guide. Google explains how it uses this data in its partner sites policy, and you can opt out across all sites with the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
Managing cookies
You can change your choice at any time through the cookie banner link in the website footer. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies may stop parts of the site working.
